Poor. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 63pp. Translated with an Introduction and Notes by Armand Maurer, C.S.B. Light to medium wear and light soiling to exterior, with an approximately 1" tear to paper near head of spine. A previous owner's ink-stamp and name in ink to front inside cover and first leaf, along with unobtrusive pen notes and markings throughout. Ink-stamp to bottom edges of pages. Small stains to bottom of margins of last approximately 10 pages. Overall, this remains a good, sound reading copy
