Comes with plain black slipcase. 30 pp. Comes with 7 tipped-in color plates & pictorial maps. 12.5â x 9.5â Original gilt-decorated boards, housed in custom silk cloth chemise. Printed by Young & McCallister. Some wear to corners of slipcase. Note also that the spine has a major tear on the back of the book due to old leather deterioration. Some foxing present on last two pages. Binding is in great condition and pages are clean. This rare publication has beautiful tipped-in illustrations alongside the text which recounts the history of the property planned for development on Santa Monica Bay. See our photo.
