West Drayton, Middlesex: Penguin Books, 1948. First Edition, First Printing. Stiff Boards. Very Good. 15 pages, 32 pages of plates : illustrations (16 color) ; 17 x 22 cm. Stiff card board covers. The very thin paper spine perished, tips are creased with some v. superficial nics here and there. A fine layout with thoughtful commentary by Summerson and surprisingly excellent reproductions, 32 plates worth split evenly btwn color and duotone. Charming production.
