Profusely illustrated with b/w photos on glossy paper which makes for a very heavy tome. Revised Edition 1974. Very Good / Fair (Book- compression ding to top edge of rear board, no notable shelf wear or soiling, slight musty smell from long term storage- not offensive but worthy of mention. No previous owner name or insc. Dust Jacket- Rubbed to extremities with a significant tear and associated line creases to rear panel, non price clipped - publisher replacement price sticker £8 over original cover price, mild creasing to front flap fold from careless closure. No other notable defects to book or jacket, the later now in a removable proprietary protective sleeve).
