Eyre & Spottiswoode, London. 1958. 215 pages. First Edition, date on title page. The dark blue covers are in very good condition, bumped a bit on top and bottom of spine. Author and title in silver on spine. The dust jacket is just good; it is soiled along some edges and faded in spots but intact with no significant loss. It is in a clear Mylar protective cover. The interior is clean and bright with no writing or discoloration detected. The book contains several black and white photographs by Gyger, Klopfenstein and others.
