Kansas City, MO: Inter-Collegiate Press, 1913. First edition. Octavo. Original red cloth with gilt spine, 431pp. Very good with minor dusting to page edges. Mild rubbing to boards, small chip to crown of spine. A series of fictional dialogues on socio-economic matters of the day, with an emphasis on the rights of labor. Small was founder of the American Journal of Sociology and established the first full-fledged Department of Sociology in the U.S., at the University of Chicago.
