London: Hodder and Stoughton. Original brown cloth in half morocco slipcase. First Edition. Anti-German tract written for C. F. G. Masterman;s War Propaganda Bureau at the start of World War I. Ford joined the Army in 1815 at the age of 41, serving in battle in France. In 1919, he began using the last name Ford instead of Hueffer. He is a major figure in the development of English literature and enjoyed collaborative friendships with Conrad, Joyce, Hemingway, Pound, and Proust. Very Good in Very Good Slipcase. . Very Good.
