Scarce catalogue accompanying two exhibitions of women artists, one at Bryn Mawr College (September 28, 2017-January 28, 2018) and the other at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (September 15, 2017-March 18, 2018).
Most of the works at the Bryn Mawr show were from the William and Uytendale Scott Memorial Collection of Works by Women Artists, gift of Bill Scott. And most of the works at the Pennsylvania Academy were from the Art by Women Collection, gift of Linda Lee Alter.
Besides numerous illustrations, the catalogue features conversations with Bill Scott and Linda Lee Alter, essays, and exhibition checklists.
OCLC shows only three institutional holdings of this catalogue: Bryn Mawr, Illinois, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. SCARCE.
