This collection largely deals with labor, agriculture, education, financial status, with lesser material on politics and home life. The compilers relied on collections at Tennessee Valley Authority Library, Fisk University, Howard University, The Library of Congress, Southern Regional Council in Atlanta and the United States Civil Rights Commission. Interior crisp and clean, covers lightly soiled, spine strip missing.
