London: Greenhill Books, 1986. Second Edition. Purple Boards. Very Good Plus/Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Large. 306pp. A super copy of this second edition with wrapper. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine with slight bumps to the two lower corners of the boards and a little turning in of the cloth at the head and tail of the spine. Slight fore edges foxing. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper is preserved in a fully reversible plastic sleeve. Light fading to the spine of the wrapper, otherwise minimal shelf wear. A very good copy.
