Signed and inscribed by the author's widow, Dorothy Lindsay, who contributed to the publication of the book after the author's passing, on the ffep. 3 fold out maps present, with illustrations throughout. Near fine with some rubbing at corners and spine ends in publisher's blue buckram boards with gilt lettering.
