London: Dean & Son, 1962. Cloth. Very Good Indeed/Very Good Indeed. 7.5" by 5.5". Not Stated. A very smart copy of this novel from the 'Biggles Adventure Series' by Captain W.E. Johns, enclosed in the original bright dust wrapper. A collection of short mystery stories revolving around piloting and aeroplanes, part of the 'Biggles Adventure' series by Captain W.E. Johns. Captain W.E. Johns was a British First World War pilot and young adult author. A Dean & Son reprint of this work, undated but published circa 1977 (dated using WorldCat and JISC). Enclosed in the original bright, pictorial dust wrapper. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, lovely, with just minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and a small puncture to the head of the rear board. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart and bright, with just some light edge wear and a few marks to the rear of the wrap. Internally, firmly bound. A small puncture to the top edge. Pages remain bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
