Crowell, 1971. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 10x8x0. Signed. First printing with number line to 1. Signed by Jane Yolen at verso of half-title (facing title page). Blue cloth with silver titling and decoration, in dust jacket. DJ very good with light rubbing and edgewear, a few small spots of soiling on the front cover, price-clipped at front inner flap. DJ protected in Mylar. Cloth boards underneath are clean and bright, with one small spot to front panel, light edgewear. Interior text block is straight and firm, and free of markings. A very attractive copy. Illustrator: Mercer Mayer.
