Tables are arranged by state. Bound in pictorial card covers with a comb binding. Two holes at top and bottom of spine have been punched through the entire book, as for placing the book into a binder. The impact to the content inside is very minimal, as the holes fall mostly within the inner margins of the pages. Otherwise just a few extremity rubs to exterior.
