Ink name crossed out at bottom of first front end paper.Sturdy book, black spine, gold boards, gilt lettering near-bright on spine, 174 stiffer pages, many photographs. DJ glossy beneath mylar, black spine and front top, a color photograph of Palmer hitting out of a sand pit on front, a photo portrait of author at top back, white back slight browned. DJ has very tiny scratch near bottom left front, back browned. Near Fine DJ/Very Fine book.
