Adam and Charles Black, Edinburgh, 1874. Sixth Edition. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Dark green lettering with dulled gilt lettering and motif, lightly rubbed corners, inner hinges are split to webbing but covers are still attached to text-block. Front end-papers are darkened and titled "Index Map Shewing the Position of Channel Islands and their connection with London, small bookseller label against lower edge (W H Rowe, Bookseller etc. 27 Queen Street, Jersey). Frontis fold-out map of Jersey is heavily foxed, also title-page, pages are a little darkened. Previous owner's name in ink at top of first page.
