GIlt-stamped black cloth over boards, signed and inscribed by Harold Macmillan to Sally [Williams] the publicist at Harper & Row, (xiii), 623 pages, Index, illustrated in black and white. Published in London in 1967. Corners and spine ends lightly bumped. Illustrated dust jacket is bumped and lightly worn at corners and spine ends, lightly stained, preserved in a Brodart jacket, smells of mothballs. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 3 lbs 7 oz.
