(Dorothy was Lady Dorothy Ripley, the editor's mother-in-law). The jacket has not been price-clipped - it has some creasing and a couple of expertly closed nicks to the head of the spine and some light shelf wear. A rather unique flat signed copy of this lovely book - the text supported by numerous reproductions in colour and b/w.
