The chief glory of this book is the 148 beautiful colour printed fabric samples (of various dyes), pasted onto black paper pages; the other (white) pages have 79 line drawings as well as b&w photos of finished fabrics and of the process of making. Introductory texts on the history and types and processes of this work in Rajasthan. A Very Good copy, with clean pages, light browning to covers, and some smoky odour.
