A very good hardcover in a very good jacket. The binding is excellent and except for previous owner's name on front endpaper, there are no markings inside or out. Profusely illustrated withB & W maps and photos. There are 240 pages including index. A very large, heavy book. I will cover the additional shipping to Canada and the Continental United States.
