William Sansom was a novelist and travel writer, who became a full-time writer after the Second World War. Some of his other works include 'The Face of Innocence', 'The Cautious Heart', 'Among the Dahlias', and 'Away to it All'. Illustrated with a great many photographs. In a cloth covered binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Minor shelfwear to the boards. Dustwrapper with light curling. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good Indeed

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
