6th ed. 817p. Photos. illustrations. Blue cloth. Spine very loose, lettering indistinct. Pages in tact, but have age/wear..some corners missing from front pages. Overall, original, no pages missing and still very readable.

Appleton, 1918. Hardcover. Good/No Dust Jacket. This is an original United States Navy Bluejacket's Manual, 1918 Sixth Edition (as stated on title page). This is a smaller sized hardcover book with blue cloth covers and 807 pages plus Index and advertisements. The book is clean and in great condition (about Very Good) - the Fold Outs are Excellent and don't appear to have ever been folded out. The pages are clean with no chips or tears - the pages are a little yellowed with age but not brittle. The blue covers are in good shape - the gold lettering on the front cover is clear and bright - the gold lettering on the spine has mostly faded away. The book is complete and the binding is solid - the blue covers show light edgewear. Overall this WWI era book is complete, clean, and solid with minimal signs of age. We always ship in a sturdy box.
