Robert Lee More was born at Decatur, Texas, 1873 and after 27 energetic growing years in this community he entered the employment of D. Waggoner and Son and moved to Vernon, Texas. Under Bob More's managership, Three D gasoline, from the Waggoner refinery at Electra, became as well known as the same brand on Waggoner cattle. He was responsible for the Waggoner Pipe Line Copany- and he went on studying birds and collecting bird eggs. In 1925 he wrote to another collector of bird eggs, "I have been collecting for 37 years and am just as enthusiastic as when I started." Interesting history later expanded into an Encino Press book.
