Moscow: State Musical Publishing House, 1958. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Evmenov, A.I. and Telingater, S.B.. 565pp, text is in Russian.. Decorative cloth designed after Bolshoi Theatre curtain, bevelled boards, spine label, silk bookmark. Book is clean and sound exterior and interior. Dust jacket is edgeworn and has a small tape reapair to lower spine. Slipcase is edgeworn and partially faded, but has preserved its contents very well. Biographies of dancers, choreographers, conductors, set designers of the Bolshoi Theatre, accompanied with numerous drawings and photo ilustrations. A very nice copy featuring much of the history of the Bolshoi Ballet.
