Large hardcover volume [10" tall]. A privately printed copy in dark blue buckram sewn binding with gold lettered spine. 374pp., Ersatz dust-jacket produced by mounting blown-up color reproductions of the covers from the Time Warner Paperback edition inside mylar covers. Mylar pasted to inside of front and rear boards. A very clean, square, and unmarked unique copy. Booik is fine but for wrappers being affixed to inside covers. Ersatz jacket is attractive and well executed. Near fine in attractive jacket.. Hardcover. Near Fine. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
