POS (Gobin - well-known Denver Lawyer) signature on ffep. Author's portrait omitted from Second State of this book (as issued). Front hinge starting. Book edges bumped and worn. Top corner of front cover with hard bump - bending very slightly ½". Spine worns at ends. Interior pages age toned but mostly clean and fresh. Five pages former dog-eared, a few pages with minor stains in margins and a couple of dozen pages with pencil lines in margins.. First Edition. Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
