New York, 1914. Hardcover. Good +. Large folio. Boards soiled; edges rubbed; rebacked with gilt lettering.

Presentation copy with original drawing (wash on half-title page), inscribed to architect, Robert Perry Rodgers in 1924. Contains Rodgers' bookplate. Original drawing is of a cathedral. Rodgers worked in Goodhue's office as a draftsman. He lataer was associated with William Harrison & collaborated with Alfred Poor on the Wright Memorial Bldg. at Kitty Hawk that won a competition _ many other projects.
