Covers have some small chips and rubbing w/little bit of separation to edges, owner's name on sticker on FFEP and inked at end of book, tiny bit of foxing, small inscription on flyleaf, light toning to pages, interior hinge starting to crack, several bottom page corners creased; tiny book, 2-1/2" w x 3-3/4" h; black leather w/gilt page ends; pretty good condition for its age; 452 pages .
