Hardcover, with gilt lettered vellum spine and light blue paper over boards, top page edge gilt. No dust jacket. 125 black and white facsimile plates and 3 color plates tipped in. Two custom owner bookplates on front endpapers, one of Robert Bruce Moyer. Short closed tear at bottom of half-title page, otherwise text is fine. Cover has light soiling along edges, corners are rubbed and worn to board, and there are a couple of small chips to blue paper on edges of front cover. Vellum spine is clean and in good condition. Binding secure. Some cracking along gutter of limitation page but hinges intact and no loose pages. Introduction by Dr. Guido Biagi. 9-3/4 x 12-3/4"; 220 pages plus 128 plates..
