New York: Limited Editions Club, 1946. Hardcover. Sporadic foxing, occasionally heavy, not affecting the plates though the margins of three plates have varying degrees of foxing. The spine has very slight wear at the tips, much less than usually encountered with this title. Very Good in an intact, Good slipcase with abrasion and dryness to the gold paper. Arthur Szyk. Small folio (8-1/2" x 12") bound in half white sheepskin leather with sheepskin corners, gilt-stamped, and gilt-decorated smooth vellum paper sides. Copy #323 of 1950 copies illustrated with 8 busy and striking color plates by Arthur Szyk, each placed by hand in the book, and SIGNED by the illustrator on the colophon page.
