Boston: John P. Jewett, 1855. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair. 16mo. Approx. 5.5" x 3.25". [8] pages of advertisements precede the title page. 240 pages. Brown cloth stamped covers with gilt stamped title on the front. Special maroon paper with gold stamped advertisements located on the front paste down, one leave prior to the title page, one leave after page 240, and on the rear paste down. Rest of the advertisements are printed on yellow paper. Folded map, approx. 10" x 11", is present with light edge wear to the paper. Front hinge cracked and the cover is slightly loose. Exposed binding cords in front. Contents include 12 pages of hand written manuscript in the monthly memoranda section. Light shelf wear and fading to the cloth binding.
