Pictorial hardcover with brown cloth spine, about 7.25 inches tall, 237 pages plus testimonials and 16 page publisher's catalog, one additional page ad. Covers heavily worn with chip to upper front cover, considerable edgewear, hinges good, free endpapers roughly removed, text block sound (2 leaves loosened and near detached but present), pages age-yellowed with some spotting and soil but completely and readily legible throughout, some margin chips not affecting printed areas, no names or other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
