Clean green boards with gold lettering on spine. No fraying or fading. Binding is tight and square, no cracking. Pages and edges are clean and bright, with clean blank endpapers. No names, writing or bookplates. 215 pages. Dust jacket is clean, corner price clipped (tiny bit of price still showing), no chips, hint of very slight rubbing and one 1/16" closed edge tear. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. Poems discovered by Jack Werner (editor) in the Bodleian Library, Oxford, written in Boswell's own hand on 100 sheets of high quality notepaper. With a few exceptions, they have never been published before. Mr. Werner has now collected the poems together, with an historical commentary as erudite as it is in itself an entertainment..
