London: Blackie & Son, 1936. Dj has some chipping at heel of spine, small split on upper rear edge, and lightly bumped corners. Spine sound and hinges tight. Lightly bumped corners are the only defect to boards. Interior tight. There is a gift notation on the front free endpaper (and the date 1937), and a bit of toning evident on front and rear endpapers. 288 pp.. Presumed First. Cloth. Near Fine/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
