An unusual advertising piece with three double spread color maps of New York City and vicinity in a road atlas advertisement piece for Henry Kelly Brent, insurance broker. The maps marked with "good" and "fair" roads. The rear cover a map of Monmouth County from South Amboy down to Point Pleasant and Bay Head. The first double spread showing the New York area from Perth Amboy up to Peekskill NY; the second from Manhattan and Long Island up to Anthony's Nose on the Hudson River; and Eastern Long Island with insets of the North and South shore. Printed paper wrappers, title in black and red at front wrapper. 7pp, staple bound, original folds. Slightly dusty, splits at spine of covers. 10 1/2 x 14".
