Small Octavo. 77p. portrait frontispiece, "an excellent account of the author's experiences on a cattle drive because of the trail boss's illness, Mr. Bunton had to take the herd up the trail himself. His new bride insisted on going along, despite the objections of his men." Once she arrived at the end of the long trail, she was proclaimed the "Queen of the Old Chisholm Trail.' Bound in green cloth lettered and decorated in blue, green and white, spine lettering blue, a fine bright copy in very nice white decorative dust jacket showing only very minute edgewear and one small chip on rear flap. (see Larry Myers, Trailing the Herd; the Cattle Trade in the American West.", #123).
