Comprising a bill of indictment against the accused John Carver, an arrest warrant signed by the Switzerland County clerk of court, two summonses for witnesses, and a bond signed by Carver and the county sheriff, guaranteeing Carver's appearance in court. 4to. and half-sheet 4to. Each 1-page, 4 with docketing on verso. A very good lot.
