About This Item
J. Pigot & Co., London & Manchester / Bramley Books, 1997; 1840. Facsimile reprint. Hard covers, dust jacket. V.g./V.g.. Despite the elaborate title on the ffep, there are no maps of Welsh counties. The scale makes the maps of the larger counties such as Yorkshire difficult to read. A few of the earliest railways are shown, but Scotland had not yet been reached by the West Coast line so the route took the traveller to Fleetwood for onward journey by ferry.
