Promotional broadside advertising a series of festivities at the Great Falls Historic District in Paterson, NJ, held on the fifth anniversary of its designation by President Gerald Ford as a National Historic Landmark. The weekend activities included the Allen Ginsberg Poetry Festival, including live music and performing arts; art & craft shows and archaeology exhibits; exhibits of of Paterson's raceway system and the reactivation of its hydroelectric plant; and exhibits on two proposed artist housing developments. A map of the historic district appears at the lower third of the broadside. Not separately listed in OCLC. Original xeroxed broadside, printed in black on white stock, measuring 21.5cm x 35.5cm (8.5" x 14"). Signed by Allen Ginsberg at center. Holograph date of 1981 in felt-tipped pen at upper right corner, faint horizontal fold smoothed-out at center, with an unobtrusive diagonal crease at lower right corner; Very Good+ or better.
