First edition of this scarce trade magazine for wheat & flour milling companies, and commercial bakeries touting the latest trends and information. This issue is of special interest for the photographic section of the Buffalo Bakers Exposition, with booths showing equipment and products from Pillsbury, Dutchess Tool Co., Century Machine Co., the Hubbard Oven, and the large Doughnut Machine Corporation Booth.
