With a portrait Frontispiece, and a number of vignette illustrations throughout. Includes chapters on Bunkums; Travesties and Oddities; and Drawing-Room Comediettas. In a green cloth binding with gilt title detailing to the front board and spine. Externally, generally smart with some shelfwear; with bumping to the extremities, and some marks to boards. The front hinge is tender, rear hinge is strained. Internally, the binding is slightly strained, and tender in places; the pages are generally bright and clean with only scattered spotting, and some handling marks to the endpapers. There is a small paper label of Foyles, Charing Cross Rd, adhered to the front pastedown. Good
