Vintage illustrations by Haidee Zack Walsh. Beautiful, fairy illustrations in color for children throughout. Condition of binding: Minor, expected wear; discoloration spots on back outside cover. Internally: Age toned; former owner's name, address, and date on first pastedown endpaper (dated 1937); small bookseller's sticker on rear endpaper. Text is clear, very readable; illustrations are vivid. Overall: Good. Dustjacket: Tears at folds, abrasions, shelf wear and chips at extremities; age toning and soiling.
