NY: Harper & Row. F. 1964. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Stated first edition bound in black cloth with gold lettering. A Fine copy in a Very Good dust jacket. The jacket has rubs/frays to its corn ers and spine tips. The front panel has a 3/4" tear at its lower right corner and a 3" diagonal crease at this corner. The rear panel is lig htly dust soiled and has rubbing along its upper edge. Book is fine, c lean, tight and unmarked. Edited by Allan Nevins. Special foreword by Lyndon B. Johnson. .
