London: T. Fisher Unwin, 1909. Red Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. Red cloth, gilt titles. Boards show light wear and are unfaded, minor bumps to spine ends and corners, light soiling to very edges, bump to bottom back edge. Prev owner's bookplate inside front cover. Numerous B&W photos throughout, foldouts intact and in VG shape, light foxing to fore-edge. A somewhat scarce title. Due to size, extra postage for overseas.
