About This Item

Philadelphia, PA: George W. Jacobs, 1918. 1st . Hardcover. Very Good. Harriet M. Olcott. Pictorial paste on cover, tan cloth, pictorial endpapers, with 7 full page glossy color illustrations, and 8 in black in white. All illustrations present, though some set in loosely. Hinges cracked, "Merry Christmas from Paul" in ink on free front endpaper, pencil coloring on pastedown endpaper and a few other pencil marks that appear to be erasable. A few tears, but pages overall in nice condition and with a very nice condition cover for a children's book. Some fairly minor restoration work would render a nice copy. (1918)
