Albemarle Street, London: John Murray, 1899 I believe this is probably the first edition. 1899 on title page and no additional printings on copyright page which has no date. 20 chapters with maps, plans and illustrations. Addendum tipped in near front. xi, 359 pages. Many maps and plates that fold out. Some foxing near endpages and near some of the the plates. The plates themselves don't have foxing since they are printed on a higher quality paper. Tall 8vo 9 3/8" tall. Blueish green cloth stamped in gilt. Page edges uncut. Rubbed just a little at spine edges. Bookplate and several names on front endpage. Tightly bound. Very good condition..
