About This Item

London: MacMillan, 1968. Retelling of dark, long-forgotten Norfolk folk tale. Paper-covered, illustrated boards with brown and black lettering, 48pp with b/w illlustrations. Mustard endpapers. Very light bumping to head and foot of spine, otherwise covers have no faults and internally very clean and tight. Price-clipped DJ has modest shelf wear, slightly sunned top edges, but no tears. A very decent copy. Ref:114763. First Edition. Paper Covered Boards. VG+/VG. Illus. by Magaret Gordon. 19x22.5cm.
