London: A&C Black, Ltd, 1922. Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. 6" x 8 1/4. W. Matthison. VERY GOOD / NO DJ. x, 220 pp. Pages very lightly toned but otherwise completely clean, unmarked, undamaged; 32 full color plates of watercolor images of Cambridge are lovely, like-new condition. Also includes a "sketch plan" (b/w drawing) of the city. Endpapers are lightly toned; front hinge is beginning to crack at the bottom, but binding is tight and solid; book appears hardly used. Boards covered with blue embossed buckram; black titling on front cover, bright gilt titling on spine. Corners very lightly bumped except for top right of cover, which has small crease just at corner. Edges, top/tail of spine show no shelfwear. Overall in remarkable condition for a book this old; lovely item.
