A nice clean, tight and unmarked book in the original gray cloth pubisher's covers with gilt spine and cover lettering, and designated as the "Deluxe Edition" on the front cover. Contains an index in the rear. The dust jacket has chips and tears to top and bottom edges, but is still serviceable.; B&W Illustrations; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 533 pages .
