[xii], 338pp with index; illustrated with indexed sketch maps, diagrams and black and white photos including frontispiece photos. Green cloth boards with black illustrations and titles. Boards have rubbing and light soiling; weakened hinge although all pages firmly secured; ink stamp to pastedown; light creasing to last third of pages. Overall in very good condition: pages remain bright and there are no markings or tears.
